Fee Structure

Each client has individual needs and our fees are tailored to suit those requirements.

Generally the Company completes Corporate Debt Recovery on a percentage recovery basis, to be agreed with the Insolvency Practitioner. The structure and percentage is of course dependent on the size and stature of the insolvent company and the quality of the book debts. This approach can apply to Administrations, Receiverships and Liquidations.

The Company is able to, as required when involved with Insolvency Practitioners, prepare reports on Contracts. Such reports are based on an assessment of the company records and are able to be used by the Insolvency Practitioner when preparing the Statement of Affairs. They are also of great assistance when calculating the asset recovery value, in relation to the works in progress, debtors, retentions etc and we are then retained in relation to the corporate debt recovery.

Directors and Owners of the company are usually more optimistic and sometime overstate the recoverability of funds, when in reality there is little prospect of a successful settlement. Our team have the necessary ability to reach a quick conclusion to the prospect of recovery.

Company building

Our Services can be of use to all banks, with particular regard to any construction or property firms they have concerns about. If the borrowing position has changed considerably over a short period, in many instances all that is needed is a tightening up of the debt recovery procedures of the business. In our experience many firms tend to forget to chase up outstanding debts, in particular retentions and there is always slippage in this area which requires correction.

We have established a specialist team to assess the risks in relation to debtors, work in progress and retentions, and assist in the management of completing projects on behalf of the Insolvency Practitioner. We can operate these services on a daily or weekly basis. This is an area which relies on our experience in respect of protecting the funds at risk and ensuring the maximum recovery.
